CICL is an Indigenous Multitask firm incorporated in Nigeria in 2012. Since then, it has been rendering professional services in the areas of Building Construction, Civil Engineering works, Steel design, fabrication and erection, and other services in the building industry.
CICL team has acquired a wealth of experience in the construction industry through direct and indirect involvement in various projects that meets international standards both in the private and public sectors as sub-contractor, project manager, and project supervisor with renowned building/steel construction firms and Engineering consulting firms across the world.
Our Company is pursuing her registration with relevant private and public organizations in pursuit of her mission and vision.
Resources and Planning
CICL has Professionals, machines, materials, and a 21st-century construction technology team capable of undertaking any project timely to the client’s satisfaction while maintaining all standards. We are committed to Human capital development in line with industrial and global requirements to be up to date with global technological changes in our majors.
We are trained in ISO 21500:2012 project management system-execution planning which we use different software to Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report our jobs. Eg.
Primavera, MSProjects, CAD softwares etc. Using the above, we ensure proper project execution plan scheduling and monitoring thus, guaranteeing on-time project delivery.
Quality Assurance/Control
In CICL, it is an executive’s order to all staff to provide services in a way, which conform to international best practice in quality assurance and control.
To this, QA/QC is an integral part of our operation to enhance proper monitoring through the QA/QC team.
Health, Safety, and Environment
CICL policy is to carry out all activities in the safest way so that the life of the employees and other people who may be connected with operations are protected and are not at risk. We emphasize accident prevention in our operations. Thus, we train all our employees both Adhoc on our Safety, health, and Environment policy through a series of awareness programs both at the office and site.
We try to maintain a high level of environmentally friendly operation, e.g not emitting dangerous gases, spilling oil, or any substance that can be injurious to the environment. We continue to make effort towards reducing noise and fumes generated during activities, especially on a project site.
